PARENT VOLUNTEERS, SIGNUP GENIUS
Outdoor Education could not take place without the help of many people. While teachers and students do the bulk of the work at camp, there are plenty of opportunities for you to help as well.
We need volunteers to unload and stage equipment as well as help set up the kitchen on April 18th, our workday. We also need volunteers each day at campt to sort and organize food, as well as some cleaning. Please use the links below to sign up.

FIREWOOD
While students scavenge dead wood for the forest, our cooking class requires a large amount of firewood. Please consider donating firewood to the program. We will take any amount no matter how small. Please contact Ms. Kay and make arrangements for the firewood to be dropped off at school. We may be able to pick up firewood from you, especially if it is a large amount.
NURSE
We are in need of a nurse for both weeks of camp. If you, or someone you know would like to spend all or part of a week in the forest taking care of children during a most unique experience please contact Ms. Kay. BJHS staff are qualified to deliver meds but a nurse with experience determining the severity of illness or injury would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for any assistance you can give. Without you this program could not exist in its present form.
